The term ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to ‘Oakfield Learning Ltd’ whose registered office is 2 Oakfield Place, Clapton Lane, Portishead, North Somerset, BS20 7RB, UK. Company registration number 14214981. VAT Registration Number: GB 436381489. The term ‘you’, ‘your’ refers to the customer/buyer. We are not VAT registered so no UK VAT will be charged on your purchase therefore we cannot issue a VAT invoice.
By purchasing an item either by placing an order by telephone, letter or email with our Oakfield Learning Ltd customer services team, on our web shop www.plavalmat.com or on our Amazon store, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following, which together with our privacy and data protection policy, terms & conditions, disclaimer and shipping/delivery policies govern Oakfield Learning’s relationship with you.
If you experience a problem with your order, please get in touch with us as we will be happy to work with you to resolve the situation.
If you wish to cancel your order, or notice that you have provided incorrect information at the checkout (such as incorrect delivery address) please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Please note that it will not be possible to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
If incorrect items have been sent, items are missing, or the goods are damaged/faulty goods, please contact us, ideally on the same day, but no longer than 14 days after delivery. We may ask you to provide further information about the issue.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase or no longer require your items, you can get in contact within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. You will then have another 14 days to return the unused items in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
You are responsible for any return postage costs (unless the item is faulty/damaged when we will pay for the return postage). The goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them so we strongly recommend that you use a tracked and signed for courier service to return .
We will only be able to issue a full refund/exchange once items have been returned to us. You will be contacted once we have the returned goods to let you know we have received them and the amount that will be refunded back to the original payment method used.
